| If you’re a renter looking for a property to rent, it cost nothing to use our site. So, feel free to wander and explore all we offer. If you want to list your residence we are offering a special to populate our website. The first SIX MONTHS are FREE and you are under no obligation. After the free trial period you will be notified by email your listing is about to expire. If you wish to continue with our service you will be charged $59.00 per year. A second listing is $25.00 per year. We offer this free trial period only once per customer. We reserve the right to change our fees at anytime. Any changes in fees would only apply when you renew your listing (s). |
How do I pay for the rental? |
| The financial terms of the rental are between you and the property owner. Usually, the owner requires a deposit to hold a reservation. Then balance is due several weeks prior to arrival. These terms are usually negotiable between renter and owner. |
How do I contact the owner of the property listed? |
| Once you find a property you're interested in, you can contact the owner by filling out the contact boxes below the listing. The owner or manager of the property will contact you by phone or email. |
What service do you use to process payments on the Internet ? |
| We use Pay Pal to process all payments through our website. Pay Pal is a safe and secure company to use credit cards on the Internet. How do I upload pictures of my rental property? |
| It's easy, just following the steps and it will guide you through the process. You must load at least one photograph for your listing. You have the option to load up to ten photographs at no additional charge. The resolution for your images should be 300 x 188 or more. Large image files should be resized for faster upload to our database. There are many programs that can resize your digital photographs. |
Do I need a rental agreement ? |
| Yes, always get a signed rental agreement so you understand the terms of the rental. This agreement will state the dates you're renting the property, price of rental and amount of deposit. |
How do I know the renters and/or owners of the property are trustworthy? |
Ask for references from past renters to determine if the rental meets your needs and expectations. Check with the assessor office to determine who owns the property. You can speak to homeowners groups in the area to get feedback on the rental property. If your a property owner ask questions about the number of occupants in the unit, length of stay and their expectations. This will elimate any future problems between both parties. |
How do I renew my listing after the free trial period ? |
| When your free trial period ends you will receive an email message telling you your listing is expiring. To renew your listing log into your account and hit the "renew registration" tab. You will be directed to the Pay Pal website where you can pay by credit card. Your credit card statement will be billed under "Amazing Rental Homes". |
How do I edit my vacation rental listing ? |
| You edit your listing by logging into your account. Go the the "View Listing" tab and double click. This will take you to the view listing page. Once there click on the "Edit" icon and you can change anything in your property listing. |
Do I need a credit card when I sign up on your website? |
| No. When your free trial expires you will be directed to the Pay Pal website. There you can enter your credit card information to pay for your listing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. |
